Jeannette Brosig-Koch is a full professor for Behavioral Social Policy at the University of Magdeburg, Germany (where she obtained her doctoral degree in economics in 2003). From 2008 to 2021 she held a full professorship for Quantitative Economic Policy at the University of Duisburg-Essen, with which she is still affiliated. She is the founding director of the Essen Laboratory for Experimental Economics (elfe) and the director of the Magdeburg Experimental Laboratory of Economic Research (MaXLab).
